GSA is governed by its Board of Directors, which sets the
organization's general direction, decides matters of overall
policy and reviews GSA activities. The Board of Directors
is committed to the goals and principles of GSA and contributes
to the well being of the Alliance. The GSA board represents
some of the most prestigious organizations in the semiconductor
industry and consists of 20 members representating fabless large
and emerging/start-up companies, IDM, design-partmer, back-end and foundry companies.
