Jodi Shelton, President

Jodi Shelton is the co-founder and president of GSA. A pioneer within the technology space, Shelton was instrumental in the creation of the Alliance and has continuously addressed global issues in the industry as the voice of its members. Under her leadership, GSA has grown its membership to include companies throughout the supply chain representing 25 countries across the globe. In her role as executive director, Shelton oversees GSA daily operations, ensuring that the Alliance remains focused on achieving its defined mission and goal to foster a more effective ecosystem through collaboration, integration and innovation. She is as the key liaison between GSA and the business community at high-level financial and industry conferences, providing insight on key topics pertaining to the global fabless supply chain. Shelton earned her bachelor's degree in political science from San Diego State University and her master's degree in political science from the University of Houston.

Sandro Grigolli, EMEA Executive Director

Sandro Grigolli is EMEA Executive Director of GSA. Based out of GSA's regional office in Geneva, Switzerland, he is responsible for GSA activities in the EMEA region. Grigolli is also Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship, regularly teaching courses at MBA and undergraduate level. He is co-founder and Managing Partner of EonTech Ventures, a venture capital firm which has invested in several high-growth technology companies across Europe. Grigolli was previously head of New Ventures and Business Development at 3Com, where he earlier managed marketing for several successful products. He was formerly with The Boston Consulting group and earlier started his career as a scientific researcher, first on automatic speech recognition at IBM and then on software process modeling at Politecnico di Milano.

Grigolli is currently undertaking a Doctorate of Business Administration at the Grenoble Ecole de Management. He holds an MBA from INSEAD, a Master in Software Engineering and an Electronic Engineering degree from Politecnico di Milano.

Dr. Jeremy Wang, Asia-Pacific Executive Director

Dr. Jeremy Wang is Asia-Pacific executive director for GSA. In this role, Dr. Wang oversees all aspects of managing GSA's presence in the region. Dr. Wang is responsible for working with key executives in Asia to encourage their membership and participation with GSA, promoting a unified and global voice for the semiconductor industry. He also manages the Asia-Pacific Leadership Council, the group responsible for determining the direction and organization of GSA's Asian presence. Dr. Wang works closely with the U.S. headquarters of GSA to bring its popular events to the region, including the Association's many educational luncheons and one of the premier semiconductor industry events, the GSA Suppliers Expo. Dr. Wang earned his Ph.D. in Materials Science from University of Wisconsin-Madison and a bachelor of science in Physics from National Tsing-Hua University in Taiwan. He has published more than 10 research papers and holds two patents in semiconductor process technologies.
