Start-Up to Watch Award Submission Form About the Award The GSA Start-Up to Watch Awards Committee, which is comprised of members of GSA's Emerging Company CEO Council (ECCEO) and select serial entrepreneurs in the industry, semiconductor venture capitalists and other start-up experts selects the winner of the Start-Up To Watch award by identifying the semiconductor company that demonstrates the potential to positively change its market or the semiconductor industry in general through innovation and new applications for semiconductor technology. With more than 1,000 fabless and IDM start-up companies worldwide, the GSA Start-Up to Watch Awards Committee has been tasked with evaluating each application submitted to determine the finalists.
