Chinese Institute of Electrical Engineering (ciee)

CIEE

Chinese Institute of Electrical Engineering (CIEE) was founded in October 1934 in Shanghai, a non-profit entity, is one of the oldest-established and largest multimodal professional organizations in Taiwan.  The missions of CIEE are for electrical engineering technology and techniques through sharing experience, collecting information, defining and developing solutions both for our members and the government.

Initially, CIEE was set up by 50 members who are scholars and specialists of telecommunication and electrical engineering, and then expanded its fields to radio and TV, and even to electronics and computer information engineering. The major activities of CIEE are planning and conducting conferences and meeting to discuss or present lectures on the science of electrical engineering and to publish books, periodicals and papers related to electrical engineering, and issue notices related to INSTITUTE affairs.
