Jeff Stoyka

Jeff’s experience in the Canadian Navy during 1991 to 1998 taught him the discipline and skills he has carried throughout his subsequent careers in sales of corporate compliance products, investor relations and as an entrepreneur in the electronic components industry.

Jeff established Tradeline Electronics Group in 2000, and during the past decade has gained extensive knowledge of the design, manufacturing, distribution and brokerage of electronic component parts. Today, he is recognized as a leader with a deep understanding of the supply chain and operations of the electronic parts open market.

Chip security is growing as a serious problem for suppliers, buyers and end users as counterfeit products enter the open market supply chain. Jeff’s valuable insight into the requirements and best practices of industry has focused his commitment to establishing best practices and solutions that will address the challenges of this evolving marketplace.

From 1998-2000, as the founder of MAXCAP investor relations, Jeff raised capital for new technology companies. Subsequent to that, he gained valuable sales & marketing experience through servicing an established clientele (Fortune 1000) with corporate compliance products.

Dr. James Williams

Dr. Williams has 30 years experience in industrial product identification, including inks, coatings, adhesives, and printing processes. He has led Research and development activities in industrial marking and identification programs using ink jet, laser etch, hot stamp, ion deposition, magnetic, flexographic, silk screen, direct thermal, and thermal transfer printing technologies. He has also led development activities in pressure sensitive and non-pressure sensitive adhesive technologies; and, in a wide variety of coatings for printing and non-printing applications, for harsh, industrial environment applications.

Thomas Quilty

Thomas (Tom) is the Chief Executive Officer for BD Consulting and Investigations Inc. and works on developing new business opportunities for the corporation. Tom has a strong background in risk management through his experiences in the military, law enforcement and as head of BD Consulting and Investigations Inc. Tom's law enforcement career spanned more than 25 years, including almost eight years with the FBI React High Technology Crimes Task Force. While at the Task Force, Tom had the opportunity to see firsthand the issues and potential solutions to many of Intellectual Property, Data Security, Supply Chain and physical security problems faced by the high tech, manufacturing and software industries. Tom has assisted corporations and law firms understand the issues related to Data Breach planning and response. Tom's experiences in the investigation of federal and state high technology crimes, and experiences working with the Secret Service, Department of State, and other law enforcement agencies give him a unique perspective on high tech crime. Tom's broad range of experience in managing risk has made him a valuable asset to his clients in the areas of Due Diligence for a Merger or Acquisition and other unique situations. Tom has been consulted by corporations, schools and law enforcement for recommendations on minimizing the risks of a data breach, theft or loss.
