Global Semiconductor Alliance Appoints Leaders To The Emerging Company CEO Leadership Council
GLOBAL SEMICONDUCTOR ALLIANCE APPOINTS LEADERS TO THE
EMERGING COMPANY CEO LEADERSHIP COUNCIL
SAN JOSE, Calif. (April 29, 2008) – The Global Semiconductor Alliance (GSA) in an effort to increase its focus on entrepreneurship and innovation has named 20 leading Chief Executive Officers to its newly formed Emerging Company CEO Council. The role of this diverse group is to advise GSA’s Board of Directors on the unique challenges faced by emerging semiconductor companies.
“The council allows us to service the needs of the majority of our company members, while ensuring the innovation that has historically come from these types of companies to will continue. The stature of this group is very impressive and we are enthusiastic about the initiatives that will emanate from this council, ” said Jodi Shelton, GSA co-founder and executive director.
Collectively this group of leaders will provide advice, and assist in developing strategies for industry-wide solutions to the challenges facing entrepreneurial-fueled companies in the semiconductor industry.
