COPENHAGEN, DENMARK, JULY 26th, 2021 – Chris Kramer, the former President and CEO of Intermolecular Inc, has joined ATLANT 3D Nanosystems as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Kramer brings three decades of semiconductor and microelectronics experience in both the advanced process equipment and materials innovation areas to help accelerate ATLANT 3D Nanosystems’ strategic vision and engage key market players to bring ATLANT 3D technology to the market.

Prior to joining ATLANT 3D, Mr. Kramer was Pesident and CEO of Intermolecular, Inc, a pioneer in advanced material innovation serving the Tier 1 players within the semiconductor and microelectronics industries. Mr. Kramer brings deep operational and commerical experience across both the equipment and materials sectors which is well suited to guide ATLANT 3D in its current stage. He held several key VP and SVP positions at Tokyo Electron, ATMI, and Entegris where Mr. Kramer led highly technical teams through numerous collaborations, product developments/commercialization in Europe, Asia, and North America.
