As the semiconductor industry searches for new ways to grow and expand, one largely overlooked area that continues to exist is the employment and advancement of women. As part of the Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI), the Global Semiconductor Alliance (GSA) and Accenture have teamed up to conduct a joint study of women in the semiconductor industry.
