Ariel Braunstein

Ariel Braunstein is IonQ’s SVP of Product. As an experienced entrepreneur, Ariel brings extensive experience across diverse roles and technology areas, ranging from early startups to Fortune 100 corporations. Most recently, Ariel led Google’s Augmented Reality initiatives and prominent video technologies at YouTube.

Prior to that, Ariel co-founded Pure Digital Technologies, which brought to market one of the most successful consumer electronics devices of its era – the Flip Video camcorder. Flip Video became a social phenomenon, selling over 7MM units in under four years, generating over $1B in revenue, and winning IDSA’s (2010) Design of the Decade Award. In 2009, Cisco acquired Pure Digital Technologies, and as part of the acquisition, Ariel became Cisco’s Head of Product for the newly founded consumer business, spearheading an $800MM product portfolio, including Flip, Linksys, and Pure Networks.

Bill Brennan

For more than 25 years, Bill Brennan has been leading and scaling organizations to deliver steady revenue growth and profit. Bill joined Credo in 2013, leading the company to its IPO in January 2022. He has overseen Credo’s growth from a small startup to an organization of more than 500 employees worldwide. Under his stewardship, the company has pioneered revolutionary networking technologies based on Credo’s high-performance, low-power SerDes technology, including Active Electrical Cables (AECs) and Linear Receive Optics (LRO). Bill also supports numerous national and regional nonprofit organizations focused on health, education, and children’s causes.

Before joining Credo, Bill served as Vice President of the Storage Business Unit with Marvell Semiconductor for 11 years. Prior to Marvell, he held sales management positions with NEC and Texas Instruments. Bill received his BSEE degree from the University of Colorado.

Elica Kyoseva

Director, Quantum Algorithm Engineering

Dr Elica Kyoseva is Director of Quantum Algorithm Engineering at NVIDIA, where she leads a team developing cutting-edge hybrid quantum-classical algorithms leveraging NVIDIA’s HPC architecture. Elica has expertise in quantum computing and its applications to drug discovery and human health. Prior to her role at NVIDIA, she envisioned, launched, and led the Quantum for Bio program at Wellcome Leap, a $50 million effort aimed at showcasing quantum computing’s potential in solving critical health challenges.

Originally from Bulgaria, Elica earned her PhD in Quantum Optics from the University of Sofia. She spent time in academia as a postdoc at the Center for Quantum Technologies in Singapore and, subsequently, as a tenure-track assistant professor at the Singapore University of Technology and Design. Elica also spent a year at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as a Research Fellow. She was also a Marie Curie fellow and was awarded the 2016 John Atanasoff Award of President of Bulgaria for internationally recognized scientists.

Jean-Marc Chery

Jean-Marc Chery has been the President and CEO of STMicroelectronics since May 2018, leading the Managing Board and Executive Committee.

He started his career at Matra in the Quality organization and joined Thomson Semiconductors in 1986, where he held various management roles, including leading ST’s wafer fabs in Tours and Rousset. Promoted to Chief Technology Officer in 2008, he subsequently assumed responsibilities for Manufacturing and Quality, as well as the Digital Product Sector. In 2014, he became COO, tasked with Technology and Manufacturing, and was named Deputy CEO in July 2017.

Chery chairs the Board of Directors at the Global Semiconductor Alliance and sits on several other boards, including France Industrie. He was awarded the Knight of the Legion of Honor in July 2019. Born in 1960 in Orleans, France, he graduated with a degree in engineering from ENSAM in Paris.

Jeannette Garcia

Dr. Jeannette M. Garcia is the Technical Program Director, Strategic Geographies & Research Outreach for IBM Quantum. Garcia received her BS from Seattle University, and PhD in Chemistry at Boston College. She joined IBM Research in 2012 first as a postdoctoral researcher, where she worked on high performance and recyclable materials. She became a Research Staff Member in 2013 and from 2017-2018, served as the Technical Advisor to Dr. Sophie Vandebroek, COO of IBM Research, at the TJ Watson Lab in Yorktown Heights, NY. In 2018, she became the manager and Global Lead for Quantum Applications in Quantum Chemistry, and Science and subsequently was the Senior Research Manager for Quantum Applications and Software team at IBM Research.

Jinman Han

Since joining Samsung Electronics in 1989, Mr. Han has gained extensive product experience in DRAM/Flash design and product/solution development. He has held various leadership positions, including Head of SSD Development Team, Head of Product Planning Team, and Head of Strategic Marketing Team, where his expertise and insight helped Samsung Electronics secure leadership in the memory market.

In 2022, he was appointed as Head of DSA, where he led the semiconductor business at the forefront in the U.S. With his technical prowess and business acumen, he gained a wealth of global customer response experience and network.

Currently, as the head of Foundry Business, he is leading the process technology innovation and strengthening the network with key customers to secure competitiveness for the growth of the foundry business.

Mr. Han received B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Seoul National University in 1989.

Jodi Shelton

Jodi Shelton is the Co-founder and CEO of GSA. A pioneer within the technology space, Shelton was instrumental in the creation of the Alliance and has continuously addressed global issues in the industry as the voice of its members. Under her leadership, GSA has grown its membership to include companies throughout the supply chain representing 30 countries across the globe. In her role as president, Shelton oversees GSA daily operations, ensuring that the Alliance remains focused on achieving its defined mission and goal to foster a more effective ecosystem through collaboration, integration and innovation. She is the key liaison between GSA and the business community at high-level financial and industry conferences, providing insight on key topics pertaining to the global fabless supply chain.

Shelton earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from San Diego State University and her master’s degree in political science from the University of Houston.

Lip-Bu Tan

Lip-Bu Tan is the CEO of Intel Corporation, appointed in March 2025, and serves on its board of directors.

He has over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor and software industries, earning accolades such as the 2022 Robert N. Noyce Award and being named one of Forbes’ Top 50 Venture Capitalists. Previously, he was CEO of Cadence Design Systems for 12 years, during which he transformed the company, doubling revenue and enhancing operating margins. Tan is a founding managing partner at Walden Catalyst Ventures and chairman of Walden International. He also serves on the boards of Credo Technology Group and Schneider Electric.

Tan holds a B.Sc. in physics from Nanyang Technological University, a M.Sc. in nuclear engineering from MIT, and an MBA from the University of San Francisco.

Matt Murphy

Matt Murphy is the Chairman and CEO of Marvell, leading its transformation into a data infrastructure semiconductor leader since joining in July 2016. He oversees technology development, operations, and growth strategies.

Before Marvell, Matt spent over 20 years at Maxim Integrated, rising through various leadership roles, including Executive Vice President of Business Units and Sales and Marketing.

He has received several accolades, including the Silicon Valley Business Journal’s 2019 C-Suite award for CEO of a Large Public Company and recognition as an All-America Executive Team Best CEO in 2018 by Institutional Investor.

Matt holds a B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College and graduated from the Stanford Executive Program. He served on eBay Inc.’s Board from March 2019 to June 2022 and is currently on the boards of the Semiconductor Industry Association and Global Semiconductor Alliance, where he chairs the GSA Board.

Matt Nestler

Matthew Nestler, PhD, is a senior economist and is part of the KPMG Economics team. He is responsible for monitoring and writing analyses about several labor market economic indicators, including the Job Openings and Labor Turnover Survey (JOLTS), consumer credit outstanding and household debt and credit. In addition, he co-authors a quarterly report about macroeconomic topics in Latin America. His research has been featured in prominent media outlets, including the Financial Times, Barron’s, Forbes and CNBC.

He received a BA in Spanish Language & Literature from Wesleyan University, an MA in the Social Sciences (MAPSS) from the University of Chicago, and a MA in Political Science and a PhD in Economic History from Stanford University. His doctoral research examined inflation and inequity through the case study of Brazil, focusing on social movements, worker-employer relations, food supply chains and economic policymaking. He speaks Spanish and Portuguese.

Michael Chui

Dr. Michael Chui is a senior fellow at QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey. He leads research on the impact of disruptive technologies and innovation on business, the economy, and society. Michael has led McKinsey research in such areas as artificial intelligence, robotics and automation, the future of work, data & analytics, collaboration technologies, the Internet of Things, and biological technologies.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Michael served as the first chief information officer of the city of Bloomington, Indiana, where he re-architected the enterprise architecture using open source technologies and led a project that resulted in Bloomington becoming the first community in the world to offer both live and archived video streaming of public meetings on the Web.

Before that, Michael was founder and executive director of HoosierNet, Inc., a nonprofit cooperative Internet service provider that offered dial-up and broadband access to the Internet to consumers, nonprofits, governments, and businesses.

Mike Thoeny

Mike Thoeny is President of the Automotive Business Group at Flex, the global manufacturing partner of choice that helps a diverse customer base design and build products to improve the world. In his capacity, Mr. Thoeny is responsible for the overall enterprise vision, strategy, business planning, development and execution of the Flex automotive business. Additionally, he is developing programs to expand the global Flex automotive customer base as well as the technology evolution of the company’s automotive portfolio and integrated strategy to usher in the next generation of mobility.

Mr. Thoeny has over 30 years of international automotive experience and a track record of developing high performing teams that have delivered a number of first-to-market automotive product technology innovations. He has held executive leadership positions at Aptiv and Delphi. In his previous roles, he was responsible for the P&L and engineering in the areas of Autonomous Driving and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), safety electronics, vehicle electrification, body and chassis electronics, and displays.

Mr. Thoeny holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and an MBA in marketing from Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

Prith Banerjee

Prith Banerjee is the Senior Vice President of Simulation and Analysis Incubation at Synopsys. Prior to the Synopsys and Ansys merger, Prith was the CTO at ANSYS, a leader in engineering simulation. Prior to that, he was CTO of Schneider Electric, CTO of ABB, Managing Director of R&D at Accenture, and Director of HP Labs. Previously he spent 20 years in academia as Professor, Chairman and Dean at the University of Illinois and Northwestern University.

He has founded two companies, AccelChip and Binachip. He has served on the Board of Cray, CUBIC. Turntide, and Anita Borg Institute, and the Technical Advisory Boards of Ambit, Atrenta, Calypto, Cypress, Ingram Micro, Virsec, and Ampere. He is a Fellow of the AAAS, ACM and IEEE. He is the author of more than 350 papers and a book entitled INNOVATION FACTORY.

Ravi Subramanian

Ravi Subramanian is Chief Product Management Officer at Synopsys, leading the Product Management & Markets Group to define the company’s portfolio, investment strategy, and growth models. He previously served as General Manager of Synopsys’ Systems Design Group, delivering verification and validation solutions for system and semiconductor companies.

With over 25 years in semiconductor design, wireless communications, and EDA, Ravi has held senior roles at Siemens EDA and began his career at AT\&T Bell Labs, earning the AT\&T Leadership Award for work on the first merchant GSM chipset. He founded two successful startups—MorphICs Technologies (acquired by Infineon) and Berkeley Design Automation (acquired by Mentor Graphics)—both recognized for rapid growth.

Ravi holds a Ph.D. in EECS from UC Berkeley, a B.Sc. in EE (honors) from Caltech, and completed leadership training at Kellogg School of Management.

As a former researcher, Vijay enjoys collaborating with technical innovators who are leveraging bold, disruptive ideas with extreme clarity of purpose to build best in class companies. Some of his past investments include SambaNova, DataRobot, Lilt, Landing.ai, Hypersonix, Wherobots, Joby (NYSE: Joby), BabbleLabs (Acquired by Cisco). Vijay began his career as an entrepreneur when he co-founded his first startup after dropping out of his PhD program. He held senior Business Development and Product Development roles at Broadcom and Intel.

Vijay received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, has a MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering with top honors from University of California, Irvine and is a Kauffman Fellow.
