ABOUT THE CAMPAIGN

GSA Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) launched Design the Solution, a branding campaign aimed at university women in STEM, to highlight the global impact of a career in semiconductors. The campaign, which is housed at https://www.designthesolution.org/, employs an integrated marketing approach to reach all members of the target audience and effectively recruit more women into the semiconductor ecosystem.

As a GSA member company, you have a vested interest in the goal of this campaign. We hope that by making these assets available to you, we are providing the tools for your participation in a broad effort to reach future women in semis.
