It is widely known that MEMS technology has transformed user experiences in the smartphone and gaming market. Given the success of Nintendo’s Wii and Apple’s iPhone, the industry is growing increasingly aware of inertial sensors’ ground-breaking motion control and precision location capabilities and its market possibilities. As the adoption of this technology accelerates, companies should be aware of the evolution of MEMS and how they can best participate. This event will address the history and long-term vision of MEMS and the current state of the inertial sensors market.
